1.1、The Main Features of Excitation System
Fast speed and high accuracy of control:
Adopting multiprocessor system, Harvard structure, parallel processing, multiple assembly line and high-speed DSP kernel, its data processing speed and accuracy are greatly increased. 32 channels of analog acquisition for each cycle (every 20 milliseconds) are the direct sampling of 144 high-speed AC, and completely eliminate the influence of zero drift on measurement accuracy through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT).

* Multifunction:
The control mode of PID regulation, nonlinear optimum, linear optimum, power system stabilizer and fuzzy logic is optional.
* Complete digitalization and high reliability:
* With the surface mount technology, multilayer printed circuit boards and chip of military class, its key chips adopt the mature products of well-known enterprises at home and abroad. Ensure 100,000 hours of the mean time between failures (MTBF).
* Unique software design:
* Apply the Flash ROM and support the bootstrap loader and remote maintenance.
* Communication and network functions:
* The function of software potentiometer: the processing circuit of all analog quantities has canceled the potentiometer replaced by the software potentiometer that can be set on the menu; therefore, the debugging becomes more easy and flexible.
* Convenient and intuitive man-computer interface
* The brushless excitation system has the function of rotating rectifying disc failure detection
* Reliable de-excitation system:
Perfect self-check, control and protection function, which is used to protect the excitation device itself and safe operation of synchronous generator:
* Mutual spare mode of dual channels:
* Capacity of resisting disturbance
