Panipuri:- is a very popular indian snack which is also known as Golgappa, Fuchka, Gupchup in different parts of India. Puri is made from White flour and Semolina together and knead in hard dough. Flatten into a very thin sheet and cut into 2" diameter circles with a cookie cutter. Deep fry it in cooking oil until golden and puffed.
The puffed puri is served after stuffing. The required stuffing is made from cooked mashed potatoes and chick -peas along with some finely cut onions, with salt and pepper added, and the chutneys. This is inserted by creating a hole in puffed puri.
Normally, there are two types of chutneys, 1) Hot 2) Sweet. (the chutneys are what is reffered to by Pani, which means water in Hindi. The sweet chutney contains tamarind and fresh mint, the hot one contains cumin and black salt.
It is prepared under strict hygienic condition, excellent quality, attractive packing at very resonable price.
