Buyer issues ICPO and Bank Letter of Payment Guarantee (LPG) by SWIFT MT799 or MT760 to Seller's bank and Bank to Bank basis on the Beneficiary: 4. Seller issues Draft Contract and both parties sign the contract and follow by partly POP and full POP to Buyer's bank by Bank to Bank basis.
