Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO, BCL with right for soft probe and NCND. 2. Seller issues FCO. 3. Buyer sign and returns FCO with acceptance letter. 4. Seller issues draft contract open for amendments. 5. Buyer returns signed draft Contract. 6. An Escrow Company is appointed to be instructed by both buyer and seller. 7. Both Parties deposit in 0.5% (Negotiable) of first shipment value to the nominated Escrow Services. 8. Seller issues a sanitized proof of product. 9. Both parties exchange hard copy contracts via courier. Both party lodges' contracts in respective banks. 10. Buyer's Bank Issues Proof of Fund, Seller's Bank replies with a Full Proof of Product.
