Trade Lead Description:
Financing available from US$1,000,000.00 upto US$5,000,000.00 at 2% interest per annum without LIBOR with a grace period of 5 years to start repayment on year 6 for capital and accumulated interest. The collateral required is a BANK GUARANTEE from any ASIAN BANK authenticated from a corressponding bank in LONDON/NEW YORK. The guarantee need not be guaranteed towards the monetary value of the document. If you dont want the guarantee to be called up end of the 12 month validity period of the guarantee, you must renew the guarantee 30 days prior to expiry every year unitl the 5 year grace period is over.
During this term of the loan period you must allocate propotionate equity towards the amount borrowed and also provide "zero coupon interest debenture company certificates authenticated by your bank for repayment begining year 6,7,8,9,10."
