History: With the 2005 vintage was born Dogliani DOCG, the result of a long process of growth of the area and the producers who brought the Trick to assume greater complexity and richness, showing a remarkable durability. The specification requires a minimum aging period of one year. Vineyards location: Dogliani (Cuneo). Madonna delle Grazie - Location Tecc - Borgata Gombe 385. Climate Aspect: South/South-West. Composition of the land: Marly-calcareous. System: Guyot. Yield x hectare: 60 q. Harvest: It has the same basic characteristics of the Dogliani Docg, notable for separate fermentation of grapes which come from a balanced blending of the Dolcetto grapes of the oldest vineyards in the Einaudi. Vinification: Fermented in steel tanks with a controlled temperature (30°C), racked after 8/10 days, decanted, gotten malolactic treatment and completed maintaining the controlled temperature. It matures for twelve months in barriques and big barrels and two months of refinement in glass. Aging: One year of ageing in steel and wood, two months of refinement in glass. Alcohol: 14.50% by volume
Color: Deep ruby red with shades of violet. Aroma/Bouquet: Fresh, rich, fruity bouquet, full bodied with intense fragrances of woodland, pleasantly tannic and a slightly almond final note. Taste: Of a dry and moderately acidic taste, after a year of ageing in steel and wood, two months of refinement in glass, it has a good body and full taste with a long final almond note, typical of this wine. Production year: 20,000 bottles
